I bought my first pair of hearing aids with Bossa hearing back in February of 2023 and all was fine. On May 10th of 2024 I called to buy the right hearing aid only which was damaged, plus some wax guard accessories. They charged my CC $65.00 and never received the product as of July 2024. The phone number is not working and they are not responding to my emails.
any suggestions from someone in here?
