First off they sent me a tracking number then canceled it did not tell me I needed a new tracking number. What was supposed to take 8 - 12 days took over a month to receive. Now that a volume button has quit working there phone is off the hook. Only a busy signal when you call. Online support never answers. Email is never answered. Now we are out $135.65.
