If I could give a negative score, I would!!! I ordered aids in February, tried them out and called about the return policy. I followed everything and returned them as they required. I conversed with several emails with prompt response from them in the beginning. Not so, now. I have called the numbers listed, no one answers, did the chat line and when I gave my tracking number, it came back that they had no record of it. I have emailed them (35 printed pages) and now they are not answering my emails. If you need hearing aids, PLEASE find another company. Total frustration from this end! Can’t believe a company is allowed to get by with this kind of customer service
