Ordered on the 9/16. the only email I received was that my order had been received. According to the website it would take 8-12 days in the US. I never got another email. I went on their "chat" and inquired about my order. I was told it had not left the warehouse yet but it was in "priority" state. I still did not receive any email so two days later I inquired again through chat. Was told the same. Finally received an email on 9/26 that it was "being Prepared" That same day another email that it has been sent. The last email stated I can expect it on 10/3. Seventeen days later I guess I can expect it. I hope it is worth the wait. I could certainly understand if this was something I ordered out of the US but they are located in the US.
