Wow , is all I can say right now. My Bossa pk. came in
yesterday and after reading the instructions charged them put smaller earpieces on put them in , adjusted the volume and was amazed. I really did not realize my hearing was bad thought people were mumbling. Anyway I just want to thank you Bossa for the pleasure of being able to enjoy hearing well once again .
