It's a great device especially if you can't afford a pair that's priced one thousand or more. It improves your hearing and allow to be able to hear clearer. The ear tips come with three different sizes. When needing to order more they are packaged with the same three different sizes which is a causing the customer to pay for two sizes that won't be used. This need to be changed so that when order the ear tips a request for one size and one color can be purchase. The white tips are slightly larger than the black tips in the same size.
