I would have been a five rating ,but had the following exceptions.It took 1 month before ordering and arrival of the units.Upon using I found that of all the tips supplied only 1 size fits me - the smallest black ones.I sent an email.to you requesting more free.No response.Indicates to me not a well run company-1 month shipping,supply of tips(a thousand probably cost you $5 and no response o my concerns.Units do work OK .we will see if any response to this review before I provide another review tothe world.
