My purchase was tentative, as I had returned a set of hearing aids to another company because I wasn't satisfied. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package and could quickly understand the directions, and they fit perfectly. In fact, when I wear them it's easy to forget they're in. I'm looking forward to a long Bossa relationship.
