Not happy with customer service. Need to update date customer on shipping delays.
When the customer calls to cancel order after waiting a month plus - don’t tell them it’s cancelled, send a confirmation email of the cancellation and then mail it the same day.
I should have refused delivery- but I very much needed something to help my hearing.
Would not recommend due to shoddy customer service tactics.
