Then they don’t work at at all. I suspect it’s wax build up, but there are no instructions on how to remedy that I pulled the “wax guard “off
And that helped, but I am now told you have purchase more wax guards. I think they should clearer o. The maintenance and give you the additional wax guards for free These hearing aids are not cheap
