I really like the way the fit as I have such small ears I am still having trouble adjusting the volume. I lost th box the hearing aids came in and my directions on how to use them was in the box. Don't know when to plug the charging box in wall. If you could send the user manual directions I would be grateful. Merry Christmas. Sincerely Norma.
