Just got it a few days ago. Just learning how to use it. I hear real good with it right now. Ordered more tips & wax removers. Hope it keeps up. Hard time getting to order something. Finally got a number. Will call that number do not want to deal with that other post u suggested. Worthless & old people dont understand it. I dont have the name on me right now. Sorry. Thank-you
