It is very hard for get hold of anyone in your company. Five times I choose to not stay on the line and they said someone would call me back. When they called back they told me to stay on the line and someone would be with me shortly. The next thing I know I have a dial tone, they hung up. Once, twice but five times. This is inexcusable.
