After I received I tried all day on Friday to talk to someone in technical support and listened to music and punched 5 to get a call back. When I got a call back, it said to wait to talk to someone and then it switched to more music
This happened 4 times and then was asked to punch 5 for a call back but never got a call. Terrible customer support!!!!
