Ok. So this product is not my favorite but it is pretty good. It's loud and allows me to hear people talking. It doesn't work well with watching TV though. I could barely hear the TV even though it's not that far from where I sit. It's easy to charge and carry around. It doesn't make a squeaky high pitch noise when grabbing and putting on. It hard to not touch the that make it do that when trying to put on.
