Same story as every other complaint here. Confirmed with Bossa they received my return package on 12/1/23. As of 1/16/24, no refund. Rep and Victoria Summer, Supervisor for Customer Service provided a complete run around by giving the WalMart answer when asked about my refund. "Sorry, that's not my department." When asked to speak with Finance Dept, was informed they do not have phones. Asked to speak with a manager, was informed I could email to the general email account to get anything done. Do not purchase from this company, this is a FRAUD and they steal your money.
