After 3 months of getting the “run around” I am still waiting for my refund after returning my Bossa hearing aids. All I hear from their customer service reps is that they’ve escalated my refund to request, but nothing ever happens. BEWARE of their terrible return process, so you’d better like them when you buy them, because you probably won’t see your money again if you try.
