They are not hearing aids, they amplify back ground noise. The loud back ground noise makes it harder to hear what you're trying to hear. Then you send them back ,I've been waiting three months with no refund in sight. Don't waist your time. Spend your money somewhere else. TAKE THIS WARNING SERIOUSLY, GO TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN PIECE OF MIND.
