These devices may be good in a pinch, but I would seek out professional, audiologist , and better quality hearing aids. The fact that they block the ear canal is counterproductive, since you hear everything on the inside. Hearing aids need to do more than just amplify sound.
I had my hearing aids for less than a year and one of them is not stopped working.
