Product was received as advertised and received quickly. Every question was answered in a friendly, yet professional manner by Ms. Amanda Schroder. I would personally like to thank her for being such an outstanding customer service representative. As for delivery time, since we are a company based in South Korea, we were expecting it to take a week or two, but was surprised to receive it in less than a week. It was stuck at customs in Korea for a day or two until we filled out some forms but, nevertheless we are very satisfied with the product and will keep in close contact with bosstab when the opportunity comes up again. :-)
