“Considering I had to pay an extra $95 in fees to UPS upon delivery because I am located in Canada, I would have never purchased.”

Bosstab is not responsible for duties and taxes on international shipments and is unable to adjust any of those costs unfortunately as they are determined directly by UPS Customs. “Too many screws to put the stand together. We thought it would be easy to assemble, too many little pieces to attach.”

Hi Sonny, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear the Gemini Dual wasn’t as simple to assemble as expected. The 4 main components are designed to support many configurations, which does mean screw assembly is required to achieve a secure setup. “Not only has the Elite Stand held up well over four years, and is built with impressive quality, Support from Bosstab is excellent. I assumed I needed to replace the holder piece on our stand after upgrading to a newer device. (The device did not fit in the stand's holder). I contacted support to help determine the correct size for a new holder for our new Ipad. Support could have simply advised me on a size and collected $150 dollars; but instead, they asked for product details to get a full picture of the issue, and pointed out through a helpful support chat that I did not need to buy additional products. They helped me understand I had installed the new Ipad incorrectly, and they assisted in proper installation. Thanks to Bosstab support I did not have to spend additional money! Incredible pro-active support service and a high-quality product!”

“We really appreciated the shipping and packaging process. The packaging was really well though and mostly, if not all, recyclable. The stands have been super easy to work with and get the devices into. The sales staff were super helpful ensuring we got the right cords and requirements.”
