A standard USB cord will not fit when plugged into the tablet for the wall mount for a Samsung Galaxy A9+. This would have been nice to know before maybe even a recommendation or upselling with the mount. Now I have to order a right-angled plug and hope it fits or cut the side of the mount to make room for the charging cord. I have used your products in the past with no issues, that is why I reordered. The product is constructed well and serves its purpose, but this will be my last order from you. Consider it an aggravation tax, I will not spend any more money with your company.

Hello Negin, Apologies for the delays. I had reached out to UPS and it seems that there were delays with all shipments passing through customs to your area in the past few weeks. UPS had informed me that the customs was cleared as of 2/13 but they are missing a suite number which wasn't provided. Zero Reply to three emails looking for a follow up on an order that was not in stock. I understand mistakes happening with software and accurate stock levels. I do not understand poor communication.
