“We love it, but installation was confusing as the instruction are misleading which prolonged installation unnecessarily. 02 Install open cable cutout - shows 4 screws when there are only two and the location of the open cable cutout is not as shows. 03 Remove VESA plugs & drill pilot holes - does not itentify VESA plugs and I was afraid to break the unit attempting to remove what I interpreted to be VESA plugs. 06 Screw case to wall - I secured the case to the wall via the four holes in the back of the case without removing any VESA plugs; not sure if this is correct but it has worked.”

“This was my second purchase of this wall mount, however I opted for the adjustable model this time. The build quality is excellent, the second install was easier, knowing the process to install. I was hoping that the tilt movement would have gone lower, as I was trying to mount the tablet high enough out of reach of children, but then to cater for smaller stature people to see the screen. This was not sufficient as it mostly tilts up not down :-(”

“Initially, I ran into an issue where a standard USB cord wouldn’t fit when plugging into the Samsung Galaxy A9+ while mounted — something that would have been helpful to know upfront, perhaps with a recommendation for a right-angled cable. However, after contacting customer service, they quickly addressed my concern and provided a solution. I’ve used this company’s products in the past without issues, and I continue to appreciate their solid construction and functionality. I’m pleased with how they handled the situation and will continue to be a customer”

“Very happy with the wall mount. However, it was dissapointing to find that the back panel is ABS plastic - not aluminium. Your product page does not mention that it is plastic and even describes screen printing on the base as, quote- "silk-screen finish on our powder coated molded metal bases" It seems like you have done a lot to suggest it is all metal which would have been better for my intended purpose.”

“Would love an annual rewards discount in addition to just volume/bulk per order discount. For example: We get a discount if I order a batch of 10+, but what if we are ordering a very frequent lesser amounts that add up over the year to a significant volume? Can we have a discount based on overall annual volume? Seems like you have one discount structure where there should be two (bulk vs. volume rewards).”

“I like the QUALITY of the Bosstab stand, but one thing I didn't realize until we installed our i pad into the stand is that you cannot TURN ON/OFF the i Pad when they are installed. You would have to take them out each time to turn them on/off. I had to go to my SETTINGS & put my screen time to NEVER turn off.”
