We love it, but installation was confusing as the instruction are misleading which prolonged installation unnecessarily. 02 Install open cable cutout - shows 4 screws when there are only two and the location of the open cable cutout is not as shows. 03 Remove VESA plugs & drill pilot holes - does not itentify VESA plugs and I was afraid to break the unit attempting to remove what I interpreted to be VESA plugs. 06 Screw case to wall - I secured the case to the wall via the four holes in the back of the case without removing any VESA plugs; not sure if this is correct but it has worked.
