Where do you start...
You can only contact through email and they ignore most of those.
I ordered a chair and it came damaged and with missing pieces. I contacted them but it took an age to get an answer. They then said they had sent the parts out but hadn’t. Then I asked for a refund, they eventually arranged a pick up. Then I had to fight for the refund.
I would avoid at all costs.
