One of the worst experiences I have had. A couple of things I have found out during the rigmarole of dealing with them. These are based on my own experiences and conversations I have had with LPD - the company whose products I actually bought and whose delivery team did all the work. Bothy Blue are just an unnecssary middle man. - The business model of Bothy Blue is that they are just a website and an office. It doesn't have a warehouse or its own stock, or at least not for all the products it sells. The product they sold me was actually through another company (LPD), whose products Bothy Blue purchased once I had made my order. In my experience, the original company (LPD) were the ones delivering the items so I had to liaise with two companies to get my products. As I said, this means Bothy Blue are an unnecesary middle man that just add stress and time delays on your order. - This means the items you buy can likely be bought elsewhere from the original company that Bothy Blue will buy it from, so do yourself a favour and get it cheaper and with better customer service from the original company. - There is no phone number for Bothy Blue made available to the consumer or the company they buy from and who deliver. A red flag in itself with hindsight. All comms is via an email address with an approx 24 / 48 hour delay so don't expect any timely responses or to speak to anyone directly. My personal experience was that I never received all my items so after three failed deliveries, I asked for a refund and the collection of the items I did have. This proved just as difficult as trying to get the items delivered in the first place. There is no communciation between the courier who collects (who works for the original company) and Bothy Blue, so paper work goes missing and things are logged, which meant I couldn't get a refund until they had undergone a lenghty process and got the money back from the original company before then refunding me. Despite that being in breach of my contract of sale with them as the retailer. Everything about this company and the entire experience has been disfunctional. There is an incredible lack of customer service - everything is on their terms and nothing is solution orientated. Do yourself a favour and just buy the items you want from the original retailer. Save yourself a lot of hassle and time.

Where do you start... You can only contact through email and they ignore most of those. I ordered a chair and it came damaged and with missing pieces. I contacted them but it took an age to get an answer. They then said they had sent the parts out but hadn’t. Then I asked for a refund, they eventually arranged a pick up. Then I had to fight for the refund. I would avoid at all costs. Not very professional at all

Please do not bother with this company. They have no number to contact them on. I ordered my product 6 weeks ago and have not heard anything from them. I have only ever received an email twice and both times my queries were not answered. Really very disappointing. Avoid them at all costs.

I wish I had read these reviews when I ordered my products from this company. I would not recommend their garden lights - they do not last and the quality is VERY poor. I also ordered a mirrored stand from them and it has been over 6 weeks since i placed my order and paid for my product but have heard nothing. There is no number to contact them on. Everytime you email them, all you get is an unhelpful automated response. I have only ever got two responses to my emails and neither of the respnses addressed any of my questions. Please save yourself the hassle and frustration - while their products look good, their customer service is woefuly inadequate and this is not the way customers deserve to be treated.

Appalling. No customer service. My delivery is incomplete, damaged, poor quality. Incredibly overpriced garden lights. They have NO customer service. No telephone number. Just email which they do not even reply to. Definitely do not recommend. Very disappointing.

Very poor quality Christmas wreath not worth what was paid even though it was purchased at 15% discount. The company take £3 off the refund for returned goods and you pay the postage! Would not recommend buying from them at all and won’t be doing so again! (Not returned the item yet)
