Ordered 2 bottles of gin on bank holiday monday, paid next day delivery £5.99. Got message to be delivered Wednesday by dhl. On tracking said delayed on wednesday. Phoned customer services, said will phone dhl and get back to me in 10mins. After 4hrs, messaged them, said products smashed in transit. On Thursday afternoon got products but were not gift wrapped. Had paid extra for gift wrapping. They requested photos so sent 2. Then came toing and froing of emails. Company argumentative rather than pay back and refind me for gift wrap and next day delivery charge. Lost custom and family and friends also due to poor customer service after loyalty. Will complete a review weekly so people are aware until refunded as this is not right. Also will escalate to trading standards.
