I placed my purchase 8 days before needing it and i paid extra for express shipping. On day 6 i realized i hadn't heard a word about them regarding shipping since i placed the order. I immediately sent an email and didn't get a response. The next day i sent 2 more emails before i got a response with the tracking number. When i checked the status of shipping it was still in California. I responded to the email stating my frustration with the fact that i needed the bottles by the next day. I told them to cancel the order because the bottles would not arrive on time. I went back and forth with the company about the shipping information on their website and that according to it i should have received my bottles on time. I would not do business with them ever again and i wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
