If I could have given minus stars I would have. Bought item as a birthday present. Item arrived in a damaged box. Upon opening there were numerous patches of ‘bling’ missing and as you touched it more and more came away. The glasses were the same on the stems. And as for the scraggy personalisation. Was a scrappy piece of paper obviously cut by someone maybe half cut themselves. Immediately emailed and no surprise have not received a reply. Awful company and product. Save your money.
