I had a few issues with the system (faulty motion sensor) when I first got my system and then some other issues which to be fair I caused when mounting to the wall with Velcro.
Phil was super patient and even provided me some parts shipped all free of charge along with some other goodies I'd asked for.
Can't fault the support even if the system is still going through teething issues. They will look after you and get you straight.
I was a backer over a year ago, my system was delayed due to covid but it was worth the wait. Kudos!
