“Excellent DIY and Pro home alarm kit. Not is it just great hardware, but unlike many others on the market they have a great app that works reliably and have an excellent support team. No issue has been too small or too big and they have always resolved all issues. Firmware/features are always being upgraded. Was an early adopter, after wanting to change the home alarm system from a traditional/SMS based system. After research settled on Somfy, however, was a great disappointment so was nervous when investing into a new startup but have not regretted it one bit, no false alarms, accurate status of sensors, no disconnecting sensors, just a stable reliable system, as it should be.
Only wish was for a mains powered siren so that i wouldn't have to get the ladder out to change the batteries every couple of years.”

Decided to install a wireless alarm in my home as a DIY project. I must say that Boundary's online advice was reassuring and helped me to get the best system for my home. The installation was straightforward even for an old dinosaur like me. It was good to have the technical backup online from the team to answer a couple of questions that arose during the installation. The finished system looks great and I found all of the components to be high-quality and aesthetically very pleasing.
All in all, I'm proud of the installation and delighted by the performance of the system.”
“I left a review a few months after installing my Boundary Alarm System and now I've had the system and have more experience I thought I'd update my review.
Overall the alarm is very easy to set up and install and works from the App.
I did have some problems with a contact sensor I fitted to my garage but a few messages to the Support Team and they sent a Z Wave extender which partially solved th problem.
After a couple more months we noticed the garage sensor kept dropping off the system and some other sensors were trying to connect to the extender and not the hub so again, a few messages to the support desk and they ran a few tests, identified which sensors were not connecting properly and agreed another extender for inside the house should fix the problems.
They also swapped the contact sensor in the garage for a motion sensor (this was my fault for fitting a contact sensor my garage which is detached from the house and has a metal door.
Another signal test by the support team has confirmed all the sensors are now connecting properly so I will monitor how things go and report back in a few months.
Overall my experience with Boundary has been positive. Any teething problems have been swiftly dealt with and the regular software updates continually improve the system.
If you're look for a quality alarm system that you can install yourself (if you don't want it monitored) then I'd highly recommend a Boundary System.”

“I have installed this intruder alarm (PIR, door sensors, alarm box) for a customer and was very impressed with the easy installation and general features of the product. Comes well packaged and easy to understand instructions with a well thought out website for queries if needed. I had a minor issue with the keypad (my fault) but this was quickly rectified by Boundary.
