I am happy with the product and the package. I was using traditional alarm system(Famous one in UK with Guard Service) previously which took huge chunk of money from my pocket and add fuel to that the product is not owned by me even though i have paid huge amount for past three years and used hardly 8 times. Since, the system is not smart. I am not able to play around with automation or Arm/Disarm functionality & always relay on manual arm/disarm or login to the app to arm/disarm it. To save from this bitter experience, I found my golden duck in the form of Boundary Alarm Security System. To highlight few things which I really like about Boundary Alarm are: - 1. No Contract/ No huge Monthly Monitoring fee. 2. Affordable cost of ownership & end of the day you own the device not by the company. 3. Smart features Like integration with Alexa/Google/IFTTT/ Mainly Smart things. 4. I can create automation routines based on the event registered by sensors and even Arm the system using my routine (Note: - You can’t disarm it by routines due to security purpose) 5. Prompt response from team on my queries, issues, and support on product setup. 6. Product quality and unboxing experience is flawless. Things I would like to have in future: - 1.Direct line to connect with knowledgeable customer service team 2. Improved web chat from customer service team in their website Final Verdict: - As a small local smart home solution business owner, I see a full potential for this product in home security market by making the user of this security system as a power user with smart features and supporting well with protecting their Property on low cost.
