I placed the order and received a confirmation 11 days before Mothers Day. My mom never got her flowers. There was never an indication of a problem. When I asked what happened, they said it was "beyond their control" that they could not deliver it or send any updates whatsoever. I can still log in and check the status as "being prepared for delivery".
I was offered 20% off a future order. Too little, too late. This company needs to own up to their shortcomings and apologize to customers they embarrass.
