“I placed the order and received a confirmation 11 days before Mothers Day. My mom never got her flowers. There was never an indication of a problem. When I asked what happened, they said it was "beyond their control" that they could not deliver it or send any updates whatsoever. I can still log in and check the status as "being prepared for delivery".
I was offered 20% off a future order. Too little, too late. This company needs to own up to their shortcomings and apologize to customers they embarrass.”

“Ordered Valentine's Day roses on 2/11 for my wife, for delivery on 2/14. I spent all day on 2/14 tracking the package only to see the status change at roughly 7pm showing the flowers were in Maryland (we're in New York) and delivery was now scheduled for 2/15. This was a horrendous experience and left me unprepared for my wife. I will never order from The Bouqs again.
Also - tracking on the 2/15 showed "Delivered" and my wife never saw a hint of a delivery person, a package, or a flower.”
