Just want to say a massive thank you to Nick and John at AllBoat Services Plymouth . I contacted ABS to enquire about a self fit stern thruster for my 42 foot motorboat. Nick kindly went through all the options and then specified a Sleipner SX 80 external pod thruster. He also greatly re assured me in respect of the Installation and guidance I would need to complete the work. The level of customer care was outstanding from start to finish . Nick made himself available 24/7 for advice and help and never once complained about taking a call , not even on a Sunday afternoon when I needed a bit of advice ! During the install we also decided to make the system wireless / remote controlled and to incorporate the existing bow thruster into the system. The kit arrived within a couple of days and with ongoing support from ABS all was installed and working within a few days . The system is great for manoeuvrability and is a huge bonus in and around the marina. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick and John and their team at All Boat Services for their help and assistance . As they are also installers of all the equipment shown on their website they can speak with great experience and have completed all manner of installations on clients boats .
