Appalling service and patronising attitude toward me when trying to exchange a defective part. The part provided was not working correctly and I asked for a replacement. My credit card was debited again (so I have now paid twice!) and they are in receipt of the returned part yet refusing to refund me. I spoke with the MD who will not credit me until he confirms that the part is not working. I authorised a payment only in the circumstances that I did not return the original part. Most mail order businesses would have put this right, without all this hassle. I'm very unhappy but the MD seems not to care too much. All this loss of faith for £179!
