Worst customer service ever After I bought some items from this shop, I noticed there was an issue with entered address and notified them immidately. The support has replied to me by reassuring that it has been solved and there is nothing to worry about. However, the address was not fixed and the products were sent back because of this. When I asked them to send it back, they told me I should pay an extra fee, which I agreed to. I have asked them how we will proceed with the payment. In the reply mail I was told that the payment will be made with Paypal and the payment request has been sent to me. However, there was no payment request sent. I have sent a follow up mail which got no reply in return. After several days, I decided to cancel the purchase so I sent another mail stating that it has taken long enough and I don't want the products to be sent back anymore, still no replies. The customer service of this shop is the worst. I am wondering if I will ever get my money back now.
