“Products OK- Customer Service WORSE THAN AWFUL
My 2 ⭐️ review on another site was at least 1 too many, following my interactions with Julia earlier today. So after 2 days of out and out ignoring my emails, I received a reply email moments after the company replied to my review on another site. So my public review is what it took to get a follow up email. Funny thing is that they went from a 60% refund down to a 50% refund. So how is that trying to make up for horrible customer service. I sure wish I would have looked at the reviews here and other places, instead of just looking on the company’s website. Both issues I encountered would have been brought to light. The sizing is drastically smaller than listed AND the Customer Service is a true DISSERVICE to their customers. There is no way I would have ordered, and I wouldn’t be going through all kinds of nonsense.
If I can stress one thing to others. DO NOT Believe the website’s statement of Free 45 day Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee. That is such BS!”
“Ordered a size medium and they’re so small they wouldn’t fit my 10 year old grandson. I tried to call and sent two emails with no reply. What a ripoff!”
“Sizes not the same, coming apart at the seams, most important thing to me is keeping my junk in the underwear witch they do not do. I followed the instructions on washing in special bag and drying instructions also, but they do not last very long.”

“45 day return guarantee. THIS APPEARS TO BE A LIE. I started attempting to initiate the return about 7 days after receiving the product. They tried to exchange and upsell me on other items. I was clear, I wanted to return them for a refund. About 7 days after my request, they cut off all communication and will not answer the phone, respond to messages on their site, and will not respond to emails.”
“Tiny. Took two weeks to arrive. Had to pay for shipping, even though they sent boxers that were too small. The pictures online are not at all what the boxers look like in person. Stay away!!!”
“4 of 10 pair were defective. Wearing the first time, several additional pairs had loose fitting around the leg. A replacement of defective pairs was requested - they wanted to charge a fee for replacement. I requested a full refund and a shipping label to return product - never heard from them again”
“Have not been able to contact the company for a return. I have tried 4 times to date with the first email being answered offering a 35% discount. All other emails have not been answered. I even tried the telephone number that they provided and when dialed, the number was no longer in service. The underwear itself does not have a slot to allow for urination. Must pull down your pants and the briefs. Do not buy anything from this company.”
“Beware of Boxhero. I selected their 5+5 option, they sent me an email confirming 5+5, then a second email confirming only 5 pairs selected. I received only 5 pairs, contacted their customer service, they say "you did not select 5+5". I sent them their own email confirming 5+5, they still decided to do nothing. Did not send me the pairs that I paid for, did not offer a refund. Horrible customer service, horrible store. Avoid buying from them, I for sure will never anymore.”
“I got my box hero briefs, and I do not like them. They fit too short, and they also climb up your legs, and they just do not fit well at all. They are very uncomfortable.”

“A cheater of a company. They had a spring sale, buy 5 and get 5 boxer shorts free. I only got 5 instead of 10. I tried contacting them via their website and email, they responded briefly but have gone in hiding since. Horrible customer service. I'll never ever buy from them again and neither should anyone else.

“This company is a rip off. First of all their stuff comes from China so it takes a long time to arrive. Secondly the sizes are way too small, could not fit into the underwear. I contacted customer support and they wanted me to pay $25 for a shipping label and they would send me a replacement. I reply that I did not want to invest any more money in the transaction and they would not get back to me. It’s been 12 days and still have not heard back.”
“Extremely disappointed with Box Underwear. My order arrived with a detailed invoice listing all the intimate items clearly visible on the outside of the package. Totally inappropriate and a shocking lack of discretion for a brand selling underwear. I won’t be ordering again and cannot recommend them if you value your privacy.”
