“Not a legit return or refund policy
I placed an order on their website and was led to believe they offered returns and refunds. This is posted on their site. When my order arrived the garments were way too small. I contacted their customer service via email and was told that I could donate the items and they would send replacement items but I would have to pay shipping (from China). I responded by writing that wasn't a suitable solution for me. They replied that they do not have pre-paid shipping materials so I would have to pay shipping in order to get a refund. Not a very useful return policy. I do not recommend Boxhero.

“Paid-weeks later nothing received. The apparent tracking and insurance that you pay for extra is a huge scam. I am truly disappointed in this advertising scam taking money from people creating expectation receiving nothing. Even shared a story of how the company was founded. How low can people really go?”
“They don’t honor their free return policy and have a very poor quality product compared to what was advertised. Do not do business with this company if you want good quality underwear.”
“Sizing was a little small ( ordered a Medium; quite snug) but overall they were comfortable. After 2 washes in cold water and air drying, one pair ripped along a seam. I wrote to Box Hero - response was to offer a discount on ANOTHER future purchase. Needless to say- buyer beware. Won’t ever order from Box Hero again and will warn others not to as well. There are many other choices of dealing with reputable companies. I bought directly through their website.”
“It’s a scam. They will not return the underwear. It says in their policy that they will send you a shipping label and once you request one, they quit emailing you do not order from this company.”

“The 100% satisfaction refund is a scam. First of all you cannot get to/see a return policy on their website. After many emails they relented and offered refund but I had to send the boxers back to CHINA, never mind that the boxers were mailed from FL. So this was their way of discouraging any returns.
Meanwhile the boxers were not satisfying for me as they were too loose around the thighs, nor enough elastic to make them grip. Worse after 1wash.”

“A tracksuit that was bought was huge and not to the sizing order, having an extremely long waste area.
Also some things ordered were more like an extra small compared to the medium boxers and previous thongs ordered

“I followed their sizing chart. I got them and they wrote up between my legs less than one minute, very uncomfortable and according to the return policy, I’m stuck with them because I got them on sale.”
“Very expensive boxer shorts that don’t fit a grown man. The shorts run very very small. I’m requesting a refund but don’t think I’ll have much luck after reading other reviews. Oh and the tags were cut out of all ten pair. No label at all.”
“Terrible service. The product runs two sizes smaller. There were no return phone calls or emails. They ghost you after they ship. BEWARE, BEWARE. This is a terrible company. A Zero is the better rating.”
“Worst customer service ever
After I bought some items from this shop, I noticed there was an issue with entered address and notified them immidately. The support has replied to me by reassuring that it has been solved and there is nothing to worry about. However, the address was not fixed and the products were sent back because of this. When I asked them to send it back, they told me I should pay an extra fee, which I agreed to. I have asked them how we will proceed with the payment. In the reply mail I was told that the payment will be made with Paypal and the payment request has been sent to me. However, there was no payment request sent. I have sent a follow up mail which got no reply in return. After several days, I decided to cancel the purchase so I sent another mail stating that it has taken long enough and I don't want the products to be sent back anymore, still no replies. The customer service of this shop is the worst. I am wondering if I will ever get my money back now.”
