“I ordered boxers for my son, using the size chart on the website to determine the size to purchase. When my son tried on the boxers they were too tight. I contacted their customer service to return the boxers for e refund, since the website says "Free Returns" and "Full Refund", but when they responded they advised me that I would have to pay to ship the boxers to an address in China. I wrote them back regarding their website stating that returns are free, but they have yet to respond and it's been about a month. Do not waste your money on this company.”
“I ordered Box Hero boxers on a buy 5 get 5 special. They sent a confirmation and then later sent an update showing buy 3 get 2. Today I received my order with 5 pair. This is nothing short of bait and switch.”

Took around 16 days to get the product from the time I ordered the tracking is hard to track but I did receive a few update updates of the status.
As of today, I am pleased with the product. I also did receive the right product with the brand names label..”

“Its a fake site. Email and contact no. is now working. There is no 5+5 underwear offer. They simply take Rs.699/- send 4 Underwear. Its totally a fraud site. Don't buy these underwear. They are fooling public for Money. Even the ORDER NO. B-15587 is fake.”

“Not a legit return or refund policy
I placed an order on their website and was led to believe they offered returns and refunds. This is posted on their site. When my order arrived the garments were way too small. I contacted their customer service via email and was told that I could donate the items and they would send replacement items but I would have to pay shipping (from China). I responded by writing that wasn't a suitable solution for me. They replied that they do not have pre-paid shipping materials so I would have to pay shipping in order to get a refund. Not a very useful return policy. I do not recommend Boxhero.

“Paid-weeks later nothing received. The apparent tracking and insurance that you pay for extra is a huge scam. I am truly disappointed in this advertising scam taking money from people creating expectation receiving nothing. Even shared a story of how the company was founded. How low can people really go?”
