I ordered boxers for my son, using the size chart on the website to determine the size to purchase. When my son tried on the boxers they were too tight. I contacted their customer service to return the boxers for e refund, since the website says "Free Returns" and "Full Refund", but when they responded they advised me that I would have to pay to ship the boxers to an address in China. I wrote them back regarding their website stating that returns are free, but they have yet to respond and it's been about a month. Do not waste your money on this company.
