Products OK- Customer Service WORSE THAN AWFUL My 2 ⭐️ review on another site was at least 1 too many, following my interactions with Julia earlier today. So after 2 days of out and out ignoring my emails, I received a reply email moments after the company replied to my review on another site. So my public review is what it took to get a follow up email. Funny thing is that they went from a 60% refund down to a 50% refund. So how is that trying to make up for horrible customer service. I sure wish I would have looked at the reviews here and other places, instead of just looking on the company’s website. Both issues I encountered would have been brought to light. The sizing is drastically smaller than listed AND the Customer Service is a true DISSERVICE to their customers. There is no way I would have ordered, and I wouldn’t be going through all kinds of nonsense. If I can stress one thing to others. DO NOT Believe the website’s statement of Free 45 day Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee. That is such BS!
