The 100% satisfaction refund is a scam. First of all you cannot get to/see a return policy on their website. After many emails they relented and offered refund but I had to send the boxers back to CHINA, never mind that the boxers were mailed from FL. So this was their way of discouraging any returns.
Meanwhile the boxers were not satisfying for me as they were too loose around the thighs, nor enough elastic to make them grip. Worse after 1wash.
