45 day return guarantee. THIS APPEARS TO BE A LIE. I started attempting to initiate the return about 7 days after receiving the product. They tried to exchange and upsell me on other items. I was clear, I wanted to return them for a refund. About 7 days after my request, they cut off all communication and will not answer the phone, respond to messages on their site, and will not respond to emails.
