Arrived with limited packaging, hence a broken screen. Returned it in person after negotiating fuel refund (so as to have it repaired before Christmas and to avoid repeat of the packaging issue - about which they seemed unconcerned, 'only affects 1 in a 1000').
The repaired laptop (I did request a total replacement due to the obvious trauma which the whole unit had evidently experienced) then had a glitch in that the hardware was not fully compatible with its software. On recovery from sleep mode, it requires a reboot after the wifi adapter has been uninstalled. The company acknowledged the issue, and also that it was remiss of them not to have been up front about it, but offered no resolution other than a full refund. Still, no doubt, the cheapest on the market.
