I am an international student. I paid for 4 months during the summer so they return my stuff when I come back. I did not know that I had to pay again at least 90£ for my stuff to be delivered me back one month later. On their website at the front it is written that they offer free collection and returns. So this was very confusing. It is not clear at all that I have to fill out a return form and pay that much. When I sent them some messages after some time they stopped responding which is extremely outrageous! Whenever I call them they do not respond at all. I am an International student I cannot afford to have my stuff back after 1 month and they are not understanding at all!

I fell victim to a crypto scam, but contacting harrylucy*977 @*gmail.*com made the refund process quick and easy.

Dear box.co.uk Senior Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my order for a smart watch placed on 4th February 2025. As of today, 4th March 2025, the item has not been delivered, and your customer service team has failed to provide any meaningful assistance in resolving the issue. Despite contacting your team multiple times, the only response I received was that Evri is investigating this lost parcel. However, I have not been updated about any progress for an entire month, and Evri has advised me to escalate this matter directly to you. It is now clear that the parcel is lost, yet no resolution has been offered. Additionally, I paid for express shipping, and I have not received a refund for this charge despite the failed delivery. This lack of communication and accountability on your part is deeply concerning and far from acceptable business practice. As a last resort, I have had to contact my bank and open a dispute against your company to reclaim my payment. Furthermore, I feel compelled to report this matter to Trading Standards, as your handling of this situation demonstrates a complete disregard for customer rights and satisfaction. It is alarming that my emails have seemingly been ignored or blocked for the past two weeks. I insist on an immediate and decisive resolution to this issue. Please issue a full refund for my order, including the express shipping charge, or ensure the delivery of the smart watch without any further delay. I expect a prompt response to this email, failing which I will be forced to escalate this matter further.

Ordered £1000+ worth of pc components with their express shipping, however, i only recived 4/6 parts of the order, tried speaking with their support who advised the parts were shipped and gave me a tracking number for the parts i already received, spoke with them again and they gave me a tracking number for an order that wasnt even mine and that was over a month old. They then said they will check with the warehouse team and then left me in the dark i would advise you go elsewhere, these guys are a shambles

This company went into bankruptcy on the 19 January 2024 , after stealing my money for a £2000 pc , They took the money even though they new that they were in debt to their creditors, They also own ccl computers and chillblast computers so be very cautious about ordering from them also as you might not get your items or your money back.

This company is a Con! I purchased a 2000£ computer after hearing about them on the radio...Never Received my purchase, The Customer service stinks! I followed up on my order and they gave me a scammy vibe and run-around excuses. Checked the website later on that day and every single desktop computer now states currently out of stock. Couldn't even find the one I purchased on their website anymore! Now Contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU UK to deal with this company. Save your money and buy with legit companies! So tired of all these scammy websites getting away with bad business practices!

Nothing negative to mention. Item was delivered as scheduled and in good condition. Price was right. Can't comment on return and refund as I believe it will be not applicable!

Great shopping experience, much lower price than other retailers and what was most amazing is that delivery speed was on par with amazon. Got my item next day after ordering on Friday evening and it arrived early on Saturday.

The worst support and inadequate attitude! I made an order on the website, after which they wrote me a letter that there were problems with my order and I should call back, I waited on the line for 20 minutes, and when the support started asking, she asked the wrong questions about the address, after which she said that the address did not match m order and my order is cancelled and I should expect my funds in 4-5 days. when I asked to explain what I was being asked about, she said that it was no longer possible and to expect money. Do not order from this store, now my order is stuck and I do not meet the deadlines because the store is not adequate.

Purchase not received, no apology and refuse to refund or replace even thou I have evidence from delivery courier that it was not delivered to myself. Customer service shocking and now I’m left paying for something even thou the courier has asked the company to make a claim and refund me as a. Seller

Ordered a PC on Black Friday and was sent a graphics card. Warehouse couldn’t fine the PC so was offered lesser model for £100 more. All other Black Friday deals had gone. After days of phone calls I was offered a £50 voucher which I was told would stack with a discount code… it didn’t work and they claimed they did not have the technical capability in the company to allow the system to accept two codes! No complaints department and the team leader refused to call me back. Instead I received an email saying there was nothing they could do. Still waiting for a refund. Truly awful experience.

Buying a bespoke build PC from Box was easy. All the compatible components were presented at each stage of the build selection process. I was impressed that Box recognised and supported customers who wanted to instal their own internal hard drive storage. I wanted to transfer two hard drives from my old PC. When I selected this option, the Box engineers attached SATA and power cables ready to me to plug in my HDD's. Box kept me informed on progress during the build and about delivery. My PC was delivered a day earlier than originally estimated. Great service Box! I would recommend you to anyone wanting to custom build a PC.

Purchased a Lenovo laptop on Thursday evening and it was delivered the next day. I was originally ordering from the manufacturer but they were going to take at least a week or more. It arrived well packed but when I checked online there was less than 3 months warranty. This was quickly resolved after contacting Lenovo and Box. So, quick delivery and good service. I will look at Box first if I need anything else. One point - it would have been nice to have the opportunity to purchase the laptop with a bigger SSD. Perhaps this option is available but I didn't see any reference to that when purchasing and so spent another £90 and fitted it myself.
