“Ordered a PC on Black Friday and was sent a graphics card. Warehouse couldn’t fine the PC so was offered lesser model for £100 more. All other Black Friday deals had gone. After days of phone calls I was offered a £50 voucher which I was told would stack with a discount code… it didn’t work and they claimed they did not have the technical capability in the company to allow the system to accept two codes! No complaints department and the team leader refused to call me back. Instead I received an email saying there was nothing they could do. Still waiting for a refund. Truly awful experience.”

“Buying a bespoke build PC from Box was easy. All the compatible components were presented at each stage of the build selection process. I was impressed that Box recognised and supported customers who wanted to instal their own internal hard drive storage. I wanted to transfer two hard drives from my old PC. When I selected this option, the Box engineers attached SATA and power cables ready to me to plug in my HDD's. Box kept me informed on progress during the build and about delivery. My PC was delivered a day earlier than originally estimated. Great service Box! I would recommend you to anyone wanting to custom build a PC.”

“Purchased a Lenovo laptop on Thursday evening and it was delivered the next day. I was originally ordering from the manufacturer but they were going to take at least a week or more. It arrived well packed but when I checked online there was less than 3 months warranty. This was quickly resolved after contacting Lenovo and Box. So, quick delivery and good service. I will look at Box first if I need anything else. One point - it would have been nice to have the opportunity to purchase the laptop with a bigger SSD. Perhaps this option is available but I didn't see any reference to that when purchasing and so spent another £90 and fitted it myself.”

“Price kept changing from time to time but I know its not really box's fault that this happens. Aside from this the delivery was very quick, was kept in the loop via the tracking number and have not had any problems with the 4070 thus far. The anti-sag brace is doing its job but I think I'm going to install a better one that fixes to the case as the one that came with the new card looks a fair bit flimsy but can't fault the service at box's end”

“The courier was on time. The monitor set was problematic. The attached notes was not very helpful. My computer literate son advised disconnecting my tv from my PC, this was the problem, my PC was identifying the new monitor as a second monitor not the prime unit. It would help if this advice was posted on the set up instructions”

“If I can strongly reccomend DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! - This company are a bunch of scammers selling bad broken products, I wish I could attach screenshots on how they've clearly ignored my situation, and will now say my product isnt under warranty, as the scammers they are. DO NOT BUY FROM THE BOX! Details from my purchase, I bought a 1200 pound gaming laptop after my first purchase with them broke I tried again, and my new one broke, I didnt want them to fix it, I wanted my money back as this was the second time they sold me a faulty broken product that broke under a month over playing extremely simple games like DOTA, Warcraft etc. - I requested they give me my money back and they have completely ghosted me and arent willing to help out in any way as you can see in my screenshot below, just straight up ignored, no fucks given. I again repeat, these are scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM BOK UK.”

“Was exactly as described, came fast in the mail with no damage, Laptop is very fast and it great for playing Some games in bed. Got it at £729.99, down from the normal £799.99. very happy with purchase, the laptop is great. Never go for the rtx 3050, go for the rtx 3060 version, the card is rediculosley faster so you must get the 3060 one, it's like a 60% jump in speed, which is crazy for the price. For example (3060 to a 3070 laptop version is around a 27% jump in speed) Happy customer here. :)”

“Very good except for 1 small thing, the case was missing a screw that held the side on luckily 1 screw is enough so not a big issue. Delivery was on time so no other complaints.”

“The delivery company employed by Box refused point blank to unpack my large expensive television even though I had paid extra for it to be unpacked in the room of my choice I am disabled in a wheelchair but they could care less Box have been aware of this for weeks and have done nothing stay away from this company lip service only”
