This company went into bankruptcy on the 19 January 2024 , after stealing my money for a £2000 pc , They took the money even though they new that they were in debt to their creditors, They also own ccl computers and chillblast computers so be very cautious about ordering from them also as you might not get your items or your money back.

This company is a Con! I purchased a 2000£ computer after hearing about them on the radio...Never Received my purchase, The Customer service stinks! I followed up on my order and they gave me a scammy vibe and run-around excuses. Checked the website later on that day and every single desktop computer now states currently out of stock. Couldn't even find the one I purchased on their website anymore! Now Contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU UK to deal with this company. Save your money and buy with legit companies! So tired of all these scammy websites getting away with bad business practices!

The worst support and inadequate attitude! I made an order on the website, after which they wrote me a letter that there were problems with my order and I should call back, I waited on the line for 20 minutes, and when the support started asking, she asked the wrong questions about the address, after which she said that the address did not match m order and my order is cancelled and I should expect my funds in 4-5 days. when I asked to explain what I was being asked about, she said that it was no longer possible and to expect money. Do not order from this store, now my order is stuck and I do not meet the deadlines because the store is not adequate.

Purchase not received, no apology and refuse to refund or replace even thou I have evidence from delivery courier that it was not delivered to myself. Customer service shocking and now I’m left paying for something even thou the courier has asked the company to make a claim and refund me as a. Seller

Ordered a PC on Black Friday and was sent a graphics card. Warehouse couldn’t fine the PC so was offered lesser model for £100 more. All other Black Friday deals had gone. After days of phone calls I was offered a £50 voucher which I was told would stack with a discount code… it didn’t work and they claimed they did not have the technical capability in the company to allow the system to accept two codes! No complaints department and the team leader refused to call me back. Instead I received an email saying there was nothing they could do. Still waiting for a refund. Truly awful experience.

If I can strongly reccomend DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! - This company are a bunch of scammers selling bad broken products, I wish I could attach screenshots on how they've clearly ignored my situation, and will now say my product isnt under warranty, as the scammers they are. DO NOT BUY FROM THE BOX! Details from my purchase, I bought a 1200 pound gaming laptop after my first purchase with them broke I tried again, and my new one broke, I didnt want them to fix it, I wanted my money back as this was the second time they sold me a faulty broken product that broke under a month over playing extremely simple games like DOTA, Warcraft etc. - I requested they give me my money back and they have completely ghosted me and arent willing to help out in any way as you can see in my screenshot below, just straight up ignored, no fucks given. I again repeat, these are scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM BOK UK.

The delivery company employed by Box refused point blank to unpack my large expensive television even though I had paid extra for it to be unpacked in the room of my choice I am disabled in a wheelchair but they could care less Box have been aware of this for weeks and have done nothing stay away from this company lip service only

Useless please save you're time and don't order here. So many issues with just my first order. Order from Novatech or Amazon, no issues at all. Order late and faulty.

Box Returned The Same Faulty Item To Me I purchased a Canon CanoScan LiDE 300 from box.co.uk. When I tried to use the item I got an error message Code2,156,33. This was the same on both a windows 10 and windows 11 laptop. I did all the usual things like downloading the latest drivers etc etc but same issue. No problem, i thought, I will contact box.co.uk. They requested for the item to be returned and gave me a return label. Then around a week late another box turned up. It was beaten up and all the contents was unwrapped with packaging damaged and the CD with drivers on it split in two. It was clear this was the same scanner as before. Regardless I went through the motions again and still the scanner didn't work. I have found the error code and same issue reported all over the internet so why did box just send this back to me? I have requested a full refund but we will wait and see if they send it to me. In the meantime I will never buy from box.co.uk again. Very poor service

Delivery of my order was expected today (23/06/2023) but nothing received yet. No tracking details available, online chat option is suspended and by phone is not responding which looks suspicious.

BUYERS BEWARE BOX.CO.UK BUYERS BEWARE brought samsung 65" QN800A Samsung Neo QLED 8K 30/03/2022 came with so called 6 year warranty, just over year later tv breaks down, box.co.uk does not want to deal with it spoke to people at box.co.uk dont care, thay keep telling me that i need to speak to solocare ? box has a responsibility you sold me the tv? ..there pushing me to company called solocare careplan dont now if this is samsung or box third party repair they that trying to blackmail me into spending more money on upgrade? box.co.uk rouge trader

I orderd a custom built gaming cfor My autistic son wich had been reasearching for ages built it managed to save up the money £1186.56 came on the 22/5/23 realised a blue cable ws not plugged in thought ws extra to add something the 2 usb ports at the top of unit was not working contactd box via email about the fan was asked to open it up see if anything came loose in transit had to open the back the wire was not loose had to pull out plug back in luckily that worked, decided to ask about the blue cable to wich was then told this should of been plugged in usb3.0 was askd try plug in couldnt get it in then the fF pannel wire came out so phoned them then was asked to cut the cable tie to make it easier to get back in, so my response was no as didnt want to break anything further, paid extra to have it built and was told it would be tested b4 sent out to me if was not 100% working they wouldnt send it out so ovbouisly this was not the case as one fan didnt work and usb cable wasnt pluged in, to then be told they would send a enigerneer out to fix it then they phoned me now telling me i have to wait until tuesday 30/5/23 for dpd collect it, and i dont have the box as got rid of that as thought was working 100% like they said it would be as tested it, dont supply a box for collection so had to go out get a box plus bubble wrap to secure it! Wich nw has costed me more money. So god noes how long will have to wait before it is sent out to me again!!! So now have a really upset child unsessary stress for no reason when should of be 100% working. Disgusting as so much money especially at the minute.

Sent me 2 faulty laptops one after the other. Offered me a token discount of 2% of the product value for the terrible service I'd got from them. Refused to test the third product before sending me it. Totally destroyed my trust in them being able to actually deliver on the seemingly difficult task of selling and delivering a working laptop.

Order placed, received acknowledgment but with estimated delivery date of about 2 weeks instead of the 3-5 shown on the site. Then received confirmation of shipment..then nothing. 2 weeks later I find out that the order was cancelled on 01/01/70 (?) and a note that a refund was processed on that date (?). My account was then showing a new delivery date of 15 days time. Throughout this I heard nothing at all from Box. When I contacted them they were unhelpful but said they would check when the refund was processed and that it would have been made by them. A week later I still have not heard anything from them. I cannot recommend this website based on my experience and can only say avoid.

sending requests for reviews when the product is late and not shipped is pretty bad. "it's an external warehouse and we can only email them, no idea when your late package will be sent"

It is an unsatisfying shopping experience. The picture shown on the website is a US keyboard layout, but what I got is a UK keyboard layout. If you’re a gamer, you’ll find out how different they are. When I try to ask how I replace this keyboard, the system always lets me do it during work time. But I also need to work! I have no time to deal with it, so I’m trying to get used to it. However, you guys asked me to do a review over and over again, which is annoying. Now you got the review from me. The only good thing in all the bad things is the delivery is fast. Although it’s my first time to buy things in Box, it make me heartbroken.

Bought a TV march 2022 returned via sharps as instructed by box November as it was faulty My TV still hasn't been returned..no TV for my family over Christmas..neither nox or sharps will advise me as to when my telly is being returned ..absolutely diabolical company
