“The item is perfect but the free game I got with it the code won’t work.”

“The courier was on time. The monitor set was problematic. The attached notes was not very helpful. My computer literate son advised disconnecting my tv from my PC, this was the problem, my PC was identifying the new monitor as a second monitor not the prime unit. It would help if this advice was posted on the set up instructions”

“Very good except for 1 small thing, the case was missing a screw that held the side on luckily 1 screw is enough so not a big issue. Delivery was on time so no other complaints.”

“Ordered a new power supply to upgrade mine. Over a week later had still not arrived with no confirmation that it had been shipped. Contacted customer support and apparently it was from an external supplier and they would look into it. I checked the website and the item was since showing as out of stock, I suspect the supplier didn't have the item and my order was never shipped and Box somehow never noticed. Contacted customer support again and asked to change the order to a different power supply. Support person was very helpful, understood the situation clearly and switched the order for me and got the new one sent out ASAP with priority delivery. Two weeks later I had a new power supply and they refunded my delivery too. Item is fine and the customer support person was helpful and understanding although I'm disappointed that Box initially took my money for an item that was out of stock and never noticed until I contacted them about it over a week later.”

“The laptop bag I ordered seems to be well made and good value (allowing for discount/special offer. It arrived within 2 days of the order. I'd be even more delighted if the laptop that's meant to live on arrives quickly. Fingers crossed. I've used Box before, ended up with a refund (not their fault) and because they handled this fairly, I felt confident to consider them again.”

“really wanted a smooth delivery and I paid extra for the parcel to be delivered on the Friday before the weekend and unfortunately the parcel was not delivered on Friday. I informed about it by e-mail. The shipment arrived after the weekend ..... no one, even in response to my complaint about the lack of delivery, responded to the refund of the fee paid by me for the Friday delivery option.”

“Rapid delivery from Box, product arrived on time and securely packed. No issues with Box at all. Sadly product is just not fit for an older house with proper walls and floors, but no a reason to return.”
