“Ordering: The processing was slightly slower than expected, took two days, whereas I assume a status of 'processing' means it is actually being done. Delivery: The delivery was not as expected, it was send using Yodel to a Collect+ point. I got a card from the Yodel driver saying: 'Delivered package wrongley to you, plese call [Yodel helpdesk]' (yes including those spelling errors). Which got me thinking: 1) I didn't get a package (wasn't meant to), 2) does this mean it IS at the store? Calling Yodel was not as bad as expected, although they couldn't tell me what I should do. Luckily they did give the number for Collect+ to get a code to release the package, because Yodel hadn't told Collect+ they delivered the package thus I wasn't send a code. In the end it took me an hour (calling, waiting, calling again, etc) to get the package whereas it could've been done in less than 5 minutes. Product: The monitor is brilliant, exactly what I needed. Conclusion: Box.co.uk should STOP using Yodel.”

“Case arrived promptly once it had been dispatched. Slight bit of damage to the back cover plate (which covers things like the graphics card screws) but nothing I'm going to cry over. I did call to ask my tracking code (after waiting around 4/5 days) only to find it was still in warehouse. However it was shipped the same day so am happy with the service there, given it was early new year. Would shop again.”

“Great service from The Box website. the printer is more of a business printer though and difficult for a home user to set up. As in with most printers you will have a driver you instal and it works. This one had 4 different drivers none of which was a general driver for a home user. They was all aimed at network Admins. I did get it working in the end but took a while.”

“Everything was good apart from the delivery - I ordered next day delivery on the Monday at around 5:45. I then assumed the order would be processed and sent out on the Tuesday to the parcel carrier. I then assumed that on the Wednesday despite it being New Year's Eve it would arrive. Nothing. The same for new years day then i received it on the Friday. Would have preferred if it said something before.”

“My Seagate HDD was a good price, well packed, shipped free under the Supersaver Delivery and was delivered well within the specified 5 days, even with New Year's day intervening. The item was trackable and I even had an email from Royal Mail to say when it would be delivered. The only niggle, for which I have deducted one star, was the surcharge added for Credit Card transactions. Most companies allow for credit card costs within their prices and give a discount for Debit Cards. It is annoying because it does not become obvious until well through the ordering process.”
