“Excellent delivery on time as they promised. Think pad laptop is great as described, just managed to setup and running perfectly, I do hope nothing goes wrong later date as I bought this laptop for a gift to my nephew! Thank you for delivering on time. All the best and keep up with your promises! do you all good 👍”

“Really happy with the overall experience with Box. Easy to order, customer service back up was excellent, when I wanted to add an extra item after checking out! Great price for quality Samsung products. Why not 5 stars? Courier company (Arrow XL) didn't deliver on the scheduled date and were painful to deal with regarding rescheduling a delivery date that suited them and not me - even though it was their fault!”

“I got a very fast response to my request for the availability of the product that I wanted (unavailable). I asked to be updated for that availability but, in the event, I had to keep monitoring the site. Nevertheless, everything arrived on time, well packaged, and it works, so I am very satisfied with the service.”

“From the team at box co UK not a problem. Dealt with online order in a matter of a day. The delivery, with the use of a courier (hermes) not so good. 2 parcels from the same order and an email stating that I will receive 2 parcels but they deliver only one. Reason. Driver said he could not fit it in the car so left it at the depot. Then had the audacity to say that delivery couldn't be done as no one was home. How come then I receive one parcel at home. Really sad and disappointed at this, and a courier service that is sooooo bad with so many complaints they other company's still use them. This is not acceptable. Worse part is, I live 30 minutes away from both parties and couldn't collect my order.”

“have ordered from this site before with no issues. this time i found out on expected day of delivery (i phoned them) that part of the order was out of stock. customer service resolved issue quickly and received notification that order had been dispatched later that same day. delivery attempted next day. order was well packaged and protected. would definitely use again but would be nice if they contact customer if there are issues with the order. good value. customer service resolved issue quickly.”

“Delivery is very quick and efficient, two orders placed both arrived next day as promised. The first order was for a refurbished 3D printer which arrived faulty and in a poor condition. Order was returned but it took 21 days for the order to be refunded, this was a painful experience and I do hope this was a one off and not the normal service this company would provide. The second order was for a new 3d printer which arrived in good condition and was setup trouble free and is currently printing a test model. So my experience is 50% Great and 50% poor but I would consider using them again in the future, just wish the returns and refund process for a faulty on arrival product was easier and faster.”

“Paid for next day delivery and my order duly arrived early the next day. The only slight improvement I can suggest is to provide courier tracking info automatically. I didn't have this and so was unsure which courier would deliver and when exactly this would be”
